Oh hey guys and welcome into my notebook! A real pleasure to meet you here! I’m a frenchie living in London, I’m vegan and a fitness junkie but I’m also a passionate in wellness and personal development. So, let me tell you that I have a lot to share with you!

What’s your favourite way to start the day? I love doing my work-out early in the morning for an hour/an hour and a half. I feel so energize and ready for the day after that! As I have crazy days, that allows me to have more time and no need to think about exercising after work.

What’s your favourite food? I would say carrots but I can’t get enough of fresh hummus. So, I’d say carrot dipped in hummus?

Do you have other passion? I’m a musician before a sport addict. I used to play guitar and sing a lot (too much maybe). Music is a big part of my life, but you’ll see probably through all my tattoos!

You say that you are a sport addict, what do you practice? I do weightlifting for two years now, recently started Crossfit and practice Muay Thai.

One more thing to say? I start this blog or I would say this notebook to inspire and help people to feel better in their body but also in their mind. I’m on a mission to show you how possible it is to be proud of yourself.
